  • If a customer refuses to accept delivery without a valid reason, Zavi Textile reserves the right to blacklist the customer from future orders.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days within Pakistan.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we always aim to deliver within the promised timeline.

3. Product Availability

  • We keep our stock regularly updated, but in rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you to either:
  • Offer an alternative product, or Cancel and refund the order as per your preference.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are fixed as shown on our website at the time of purchase.
  • Prices include product cost only; delivery charges are applied separately at checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • All orders are processed on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.
  • No advance payment is required for standard orders.
  • Customers who repeatedly refuse COD deliveries without a valid reason will be blacklisted from future purchases.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Zavi Textile reserves the right to refuse returns if a customer misuses the policy or does not provide a valid reason.

  • All product designs, images, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Zavi Textile.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Service

  • Zavi Textile reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies or misuses our services.
