Shipping policy

1. Delivery Areas

• We deliver all over Pakistan through our trusted courier partner PostX.

2. Delivery Charges

• A flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies to all orders.
• Free shipping may be introduced on promotional offers or updated in the future.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days after order confirmation.
• Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location or courier delays.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• All orders are shipped on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.
• Please keep the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you so you can track your parcel.

6. Failed Deliveries

• In case of failed delivery (customer not available), the courier may attempt a second delivery as per their policy.
• If the parcel remains undelivered, the order will be returned to us and the customer may be restricted from future COD orders.

7. Damaged or Wrong Parcels

• We carefully check all products before dispatch. However, in the rare case of receiving a damaged or incorrect parcel:

• Without this evidence, claims will not be accepted.
