1. What are the kinds of fabrics in your Shalwar Kameez?

2. Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes! Zavi Textile delivers nationwide through our trusted courier partner, PostX. No matter where you are in Pakistan, we ensure your Shalwar Kameez reaches you safely and on time.

3. What are the delivery charges?

We charge a flat delivery fee of Rs. 200 for all orders across Pakistan. Delivery charges are fixed for now but may be updated in the future depending on promotions or special offers.

4. How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery time is 3–5 business days after your order is confirmed. While we always aim to meet this timeline, delivery may sometimes vary slightly depending on your location or courier delays.

5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, all orders are shipped on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Please ensure you have the exact cash ready at the time of delivery to avoid any delays or issues with your order.

6. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You may choose a full refund of the product price or an exchange as per your preference. Delivery charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

In the rare event you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must record a video while opening the package and share it with us. This helps us process your replacement or refund quickly. Without this proof, we cannot accept the claim.

8. Do you provide size charts or guidance?

Yes, we provide detailed size charts on every product page. We recommend checking the measurements carefully before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit. If you are unsure, you can contact us for advice.

9. Will I get a tracking number for my order?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, we provide a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel in real-time. This helps you stay updated about the delivery status and plan to receive your order without any delays.

10. What happens if I refuse to accept my order?

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, Zavi Textile reserves the right to blacklist the customer from future COD orders. This ensures fair use of our services and protects our business from misuse.
